Ball of White and Blue

I'm a brave young spaceman
Just beyond your sky
In my hour of darkness
You see me twinkling by

Looking out my porthole
At that ball of white and blue
I wish that you could see the world
The way I do

I can see no boundaries
Beyond the sea and sand
Clouds are swirling fingerprints
Touched by unseen hands

Looking out my porthole
At that ball of white and blue
I wish that you could see the world
The way I do

I heard a voice within my heart
Don't keep me in the dark
To some I am the brightest star
To some a dormant spark

You don't have to leave this world
To feel my love is true
I wish that you could see the world
The way I do

THE STARS BENEATH MY FEET

What if all the stars just up and disappeared
And it was totally dark when all the dust had cleared
If the earth and moon were to be destroyed
How would you feel to be lost in an endless void

Without my true love my heart couldn’t keep a beat
She is the foundation that makes my life complete
My true love will forever be the stars beneath my feet

It takes a host of stars to spin the planets perfectly
Every point of light must be fine tuned to infinity
Being a solar flare that often goes off in space
It takes the highest love to keep the stars in place

Without my true love my heart couldn’t keep a beat
She is the foundation that makes my life complete
My true love will forever be the stars beneath my feet

Love is perpetual motion gravity holds you to the ground
My Love’s embrace is a halo that has me spinning around
In our little universe happiness is bound to abound

The better half of the cosmos —it is my love so deer
If am the North, she is the Southern Hemisphere
When I look down past my feet I know who is the boss
There’s another set of stars with the Southern Cross

If I lost my love my heart would surely skip a beat
She is the foundation that makes my life complete
My true love will forever be the stars beneath my feet
